coastal craze

Good Tuesday morning!

This week it's one pager week going on over at Sketch Support. This is the sketch we were asked to work with:

While the sketch screamed Autumn to me, I had some summer elements from Kristin Aagard's Tropical Paradise kit that I really wanted to use so I made some modifications to the sketch and came up with this:

coastal craze
Supplies Used - Patterned Paper: Echo Park; Alpha: Thickers; Elements: Kristin Aagard's Tropical Paradise digital kit; Cardstock: Bazzill; Tools: corner rounder

These are photos from our vacation to Florida last year - when we did a drive-by of Daytona Beach on our way home. It made our trip home about five hours longer but it was totally worth it! :)

A couple of reminders and fun things:
  • You still have time to play along in November's It's a Sketchy Challenge going on over at Canadian Scrapbooker. Play along and your project could be included in a future edition of Canadian Scrapbooker. Here's a reminder of the sketch:
  • The design team call for Sketch Support ends tomorrow ... if you are planning to apply, you better get busy! :) I still have one layout to finish up!
  • Cardabilities and Sketchabilities have a great giveaway going on right now - simply become a follower and be eligible to win some fantastic paper packs!
I hope you have a fantastic Tuesday! :)
