While on the subject of TaDa Creative Studios, I want to take a second to extend my deepest sympathy to Katie Renz's family, a fellow designer for TaDa. Katie passed away from cancer and my thoughts and prayers go out to her husband and her little boys. This is truly heart-breaking and while I did not personally know Katie, I have seen her work and admire her strength. Sending thoughts and prayers to her family.

I am battling a nasty cold - figures as I'm on vacation this week. My energy has been at zero and I just can't seem to get anything done. I have been to the gym twice and have created 4 layouts but that's about it!

Kitten news! I've been very bad at updating my blog on these kittens ... they are six weeks old now and so completely adorable. Check this little one out:

heeheehee! Aren't they the cutest?! I'm afraid I have a battle on my hands when giving them up though - Abigail is already crying at losing one of them - let alone all of them. :( She thinks we are keeping one and I've already told her if we do, it will be my favourite - who is litter trained, has the strongest bond with all of us and with momma cat ... however she has a favourite (scaredy cat) and she wants to keep him. It's going to be tough letting them go but they officially went up on Kijiji today! I'm completely sad to let them go but realistically we cannot keep four kittens and the mommy ....

I think I am headed off to bed to try and sleep this cold off. That is, until the kittens wake me up in the middle of the night while running and jumping on me. Oy.
