santa claus parade

Happy Monday folks!

I have a couple of projects to share with you today; more to come later this week!

First up is one of my design team application projects for Sketch Support.

santa claus parade 2011
Supplies Used - Patterned Paper: Fancy Pants; Alpha: Rusty Pickle; Elements: Kristin Aagard's Merry Christmas digital kit; Cardstock: Bazzill; Tools: Fiskars bracket border punch

I absolutely loved this sketch - I modified it a bit to suit. It's of our annual Santa Claus Parade. This year was so much fun - we went with our friend's children and we made television, they got interviewed by the radio, we saw the Grinch on rollerblades, we got high fives from Spartacat, donated money to the firemen, saw Santa and tons more!!

A year ago, I scrapped our 2009 Santa Claus parade with one of Allison's sketches:

And I'm not too sure what happened to the 2010 parade. I thought I scrapbooked it. But it doesn't appear I have it - I guess that's on my to-do list! :)

I also have a digital layout to share, using Kristin Aagard's Merry Christmas kit:

so excited
It's of Abigail, on Christmas morning, face beaming. Just love it. I suspect she'll have another fantastic Christmas morning as I just figured out how much I have got her for Christmas already and let's just say it was a tad overboard. Just a tad. Eeek. Oh well ... :)

Isn't that kit super adorable? I just love it. I'll have more with it next week.

Hope you had a fantastic weekend! We spent ours Christmas shopping, putting up the Christmas tree, play dates, cleaning and purging ... !

Thanks for visiting!
